Before Anne Curtis performed the ice bucket challenge, she already chosen the celebrity couple Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano, Regine Velasquez and Sarah Geronimo. Her long time boyfriend Erwann Heusaff poored a bucket of ice cold water prompting the actress to react to the low-temperature liquid.
